I love Toggl and am using it for tracking time spent on projects. Unfortunately from today after I did update to new Mac OS Tahoe Version 26.2 after starting tracking on a project I can not stop the timer, it also doesn’t show up on the mobile or web view as running as usual and when pressing stop it shows **The file “DatabaseModel.sqlite” couldn’t be opened.**sClosing and reopening normal or forced or restarting Mac Book doesn’t stop times and issue. Can you help? I mainly use Toggl as desktop version.
Thanks a lot for any helpful tip to sort out the issue above!!
I just wanted to add that I’m having this same issue on the desktop app after upgrading to Tahoe. The browser and mobile versions still work for me, but the desktop app won’t allow me to stop my current timer without giving me the “DatabaseModel.sqlite couldn’t be opened” prompt, nor will it sync to toggl’s database.
Hi @Support@Bek_McDaniel I did not use a beta version, did install it a long time ago. Sorry forgot to check which version I was running now. My fix was to delete the app in the app folder of OS and reinstall via your weblink forwarding to apple App Store. After reinstalling I could finally stop the still running timer and I guess the problem is fixed.
