Hello. How do I opt out of the new Reports? What’s going on with the entry data? I’m seeing entries duplicated across my workspaces. I have a project in one workspace with less than 30 minutes tracked total. But when I search in the Reports area, I see 6 hours tracked time and the entries are from an entirely different workspace. This is very disturbing because now I’m wondering what other data is messed up that I’m unaware of.
I’m using the web app, and I am using the workspace selector. This never happened before. The time status in the project list is 0.37h. Here’s the actual tracked time in the project details. Just 22 minutes.
Now this is what I see when I filter for the same project in Reports. 6 and a half hours.
I haven’t screenshotted the expanded view, but when I expand this, I see entries from a different workspace. Mind you, I don’t have this project in the other workspace, so there’s zero chance I’m mixing up workspaces (if this is even possible, because each workspace is used for entirely different purposes).
After I noticed this, I went looking through the reports for previous years. Now I have multiple entries without projects in both workspaces for at least three years (2020, 2021, and 2024) and I ALWAYS add my entries to a project. Not only that, these entries are from an entirely different workspace. As far as I can tell, some of these are entries I moved from one workspace to the other. They should no longer exist. By move, I mean I created a new project in the other workspace and set the project for the entries to the newly created project. Most of this happened months ago, so where’s all this duplication and fake tracked hours coming from?
