New time entries are visible in Tracker but missing from Reports

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing an issue where newly tracked time is not syncing to or displaying in the Reports page. I can track my time normally, and the entries show up perfectly in the Week view, but the Reports page fails to pull them in.

Here is the exact behavior:

  • Missing Today’s Data: I tracked time today, but the Reports page shows “Nothing to see here…”

  • Missing New Additions: I just added an extra 1-hour entry for today, and it does not appear in the report.

  • Past Reports Not Updating: I tried adding an extra hour to last week’s schedule. While I can still see my historical data from last week, the report did not update to include this newly added hour.

  • The Core Issue: Older reports load fine, but any newly created or newly edited entries made right now do not show up and do not update the total reported hours.

Troubleshooting I have already tried:

  • Confirmed all filters are completely turned off.

  • Verified the date range and workspace are correct.

  • Made a browser reset, Logging out and in.

Could you please help me?

I have the same problem, they say its a 20 min delay in the reports tab
