I am a long-time user and admin of Toggl, and a paid member. I had goals set up for our team, and just edited it last week. Now, we have duplicate goals showing up.
We can’t ask the chat because I can’t seem to find the option. So would love some help.
Hello! You should be able to find the chat option by heading (in the webapp) to the question mark icon in the sidebar, then “Chat with Support”. Let us know if you have problems accessing it!
Thanks for the response! Can you attempt to open Toggl in Incognito (and ensure you’ve allowed all cookies in that window) to see if that makes a difference?
