Feature Request: iPhone Goal Tracking Widget

Hi! I really enjoy using Toggl, it helps me stay focused while studying Japanese.

I wanted to suggest a feature: a single home screen widget for iPhone that shows progress on a goal. The user creates a goal, and a progress bar fills up as they work toward it. Once the goal is completed, the widget shows a check mark.

For recurring daily goals, it would be great if the widget automatically resets the next day, showing the goal as incomplete again.

Hope you’ll consider it!

Thanks for the kind words about Toggl, and that’s a great idea for an iPhone widget feature! It sounds like it would be really helpful for tracking progress on your goals, especially for something like your Japanese study sessions.

Unfortunately, this specific widget functionality isn’t currently available in Toggl. While we do have mobile apps for iPhone, they don’t include goal-tracking widgets with progress bars that reset daily.

That said, this is solid feedback and I’ll make sure the product team hears about your suggestion. In the meantime, you can still use Toggl’s core features to track your Japanese study time and review your progress through the app or on the web dashboard.
