How do I export the user list in Toggl to excel or PDF ?

While Toggl doesn’t offer a direct “Export User List” button, you can obtain a list of your workspace users in formats like CSV, Excel, or PDF through a few different methods.
Workspace administrators on any Toggl plan can export a comprehensive JSON file containing all workspace data, which includes a list of users.
- Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the Data export tab.
- In the “Select items for export” list, check the box next to Team. You could also select Project members if you want to see which users are assigned to which projects.
- After selecting, the “Export to email” button will become clickable. Click it.
- Toggl will process the request and send an email to your registered address containing a link to download the file.
The export will be a .json file; you can use an online converter to convert it into a format more suitable for your use.
