How do I get back to seeing each cell in a timer as one hour instead of two?
It was so convenient, but now I can’t find a setting doing just that to the weekly view. Maybe anyone knows? Also, not having a support chat anymore is frustrating 
Looking at the weekly view in Toggl Track, you can adjust how the time is displayed by changing the cell size. In the weekly view, you should be able to zoom or adjust the granularity of the time cells.
