I have had a similar problem. The event needs to be billable to be tracked properly.

Hey!
I can see you have tasks set as a required field also. You’ll need to choose a task from the project dropdown (tasks show as their own dropdown on the right-hand side of the project name).

I do not remember doing that but I suppose I must have if that is what you were seeing.

I looked through every option under Settings but could not find anything about setting tasks as a required field.

I am using the iOS app. Do I need to change such settings using the computer version?

I found the solution. I needed to change Workspace settings online, in other words I could not do it in the app.

Toggle wont stop traking for me. the stop button is grayed out on the app. when I go online and press the stop button in track it gives me the error: Error! workspace does not allow non-billable entries in billable projects The tracker is now almost at 24 hrs? can anyone help?
