Importing CSV - problem with formatting

Hi community, I’m trying to upload a CSV with some time entries to Toggle, I have been trying all morning but cant seem to get the formatting right.

Here’s the file as seen in notepad:

I’ve used Chronos chat, it says the formatting should work like I have it now.

I’m not sure what else I can do, there are a few more entries like this which I have to process and I would prefer to learn to use the CSV method instead of doing it manually.

Would love to learn How I could best approach this issue.
