Mystery API Access Issues Again - Hitting Quota with a few requests

I had this problem a couple of months ago. We’re trying to import the timesheets and projects into a 3rd party application but it looks like I’m hitting my quota. There’s no way I made 30 API calls. The last time, there was an issue that Toggl had to resolve on the backend.

Now I’m getting an error that payment is required. This is the same that happened to me in November, reporting on this:

I just upgraded our account to a starter plan. I checked API usage immediately after and see we were instantly up to the maximum API calls/hour. We’ve not made any API calls so this can’t be accurate. There’s a problem here that needs to be addressed.
