New Email Address

Hello - I have been trying to change my email address in my workspace for 2 weeks. It tells me it will send a 6 digit code to my new email address. I still have not received it (on the old or new email address). Can you help me resolve this ASAP.

I understand how frustrating that must be after waiting for 2 weeks. When you change your email address in Toggl, a verification code should be sent to your new email address to confirm the change.

Since you haven’t received the verification code on either your old or new email address, here are a few things to check:
