My users don’t seem to be receiving their invite emails. Thank you!

Hi @Justin Before we go into troubleshooting this, can you confirm if the issue is still happening? Our team rolled out a fix a few hours ago. Are you able to remove those invitations and invite them again?

Help Needed.
I have checked all folders including spam and junk and tried resending on numerous occasions over t\the past month. NOTHING is coming through. We had IT look into this and he has confirmed nothing is coming to our server.
