Outlook Integration has "Restricted Access"

I’m seeing this in my Toggl Track settings:

I can’t find any documentation on what “Restricted Access” means, and there’s no tooltip (like there is for things labeled “Starter Feature.” Any idea what it means?

I had an Outlook account that was linked, but I’m not seeing the events in my calendar anymore.

I am suddenly having the same problem. All the documentation says that Outlook is included in the free account, and mine was working yesterday, but on the page above, the info help text says that you need Starter.
