Payment cards not accepted when paying for plan

Hi. I hope someone can help me here. I’ve been using the Free plan very happily for a long time. It looks like the terms of the free plan have changed recently and I’m now limited to 30 report views per month. I wasn’t aware of the change so I’ve hit my limit.

I tried to upgrade to the Starter plan but the payment system won’t accept my Visa debit card nor my Visa credit card, nor if I pay via Link, and doesn’t appear to accept Paypal, Apple Pay or any other options.

And I can’t see any means to contact anyone at Toggl (except to contact the sales team about a demo).

So I’m stuck! Can anyone suggest what I can do?

I have a same problem .

After attempting to pay multiple times, the payment amount displayed is 0 euros.
