Problem with payment authorization

I received a notification that payment had failed (for my initial subscription).

When I gave my credit card details, my bank requested verification for a debit of €0, which I gave.

Il later Toggl asks for a payment of an annual subscription amount, I would expect the bank to refuse it (as only a zero amount has been authorized). The initial subscription should be requested straightaway.

I can’t find a way to contact Toggl other than to write on this forum.

Having the same issue! So frustrating

@Kyle_Forder Fortunately, I was able to pay with Visa (at a small cost), but not with Mastercard.

The support (email support@track.toggl.com) replied to me after I’d paid, so I didn’t get any further information.
