Premium Account - Can't contact Support / Only AI Agents

Hi,

We are setup as an organization - premium users.

We are not able to reach support for the past 4 business days.

Only support available is AI agents in the chat.

AI agent said it would create a ticket with support and follow-up.

That never happened.

We have a login situation after implementing SSO and required immediate support.
