I have been a member of Toggl since 2024 and this is the first time that I have not been able to reach anyone with an issue. I am a premium member and my account is active, however when I log in it says my account is on a trial. This happened before when we switched over to premium back in 2024 but I was able to reach someone who assisted me. Now all I get is a chat bot. I have been waiting for a response for almost 2 hours and I sent an email to service and that hasn’t been responded to either.
Is there anyway to get in touch with a live person to address my issues?
