I am using Toggl 2.0 and I cannot seem to be able to find a way to report in 15 minute increments for billing. The rounding button just isn’t showing up so hoping someone can help.

Time rounding in Toggl 2.0 is not currently possible based on the information available. It sounds like this feature may have changed or is no longer available in the updated version.
As a workaround, you could manually adjust your time entries before exporting your reports for billing purposes.
