Friends, please,
do you know what’s happening with the reports? They don’t respond to my filters at all. I enter a filter by worker and nothing. I’m missing a download to CSV format. Can you please advise me? Maybe I need another software to monitor work.

Apologies, we recently rolled out the new version of reporting in Beta, but it has some bugs (which is what you’re experiencing now). I recommend disabling Beta in your profile settings for now so you can go back to the old version of reports.
The bugs should be fixed within a couple of days so if you’d like to re-join beta, we recommend it (the new version is better and faster overall).

Reports are a mess for me as well today. I can’t see Projects data anymore, and most of the screen is focused on a bar chart now, without dates now either. I hope I revert back to the old version.

In the new reports, will there be a way to save the settings. When I go to the summary, it is grouped by projects and members. I have to manually switch it each time to group by projects and descriptions. It would be ideal if it remembered my choice.

Hi Olivia! I’m Ana, from Brazil. I’ve been using Toggl for 3 years, on a daily basis, and this platform helped me A LOT with my personal organization and meetings with my boss. However, today I checked out the Reports feature and the Beta version surprised me a little bit haha I’ve 1 main complaint about the new version… The bar graph became the star of the feature, using the most space on the page. I like it, and it is important to me, but I don’t think it should be the most important info on the page, you know? I actually preferred that round graphic with my projects. Maybe the two of them combined would be nicer 
Oh, do you have a estimate of when the platform will be available in Brazilian Portuguese?
Hi Ana! We had similar feedback, and the team will implement an updated version where the bar chart and the donut chart will be side by side soon 
As for making it available in Brazilian Portuguese, the Toggl Track mobile apps have support for Brazilian Portuguese. However, we don’t have translation as a priority at the moment for the web app (sorry 
).

Thank you for this information, and the posts below about how to turn off Beta.
The main feature I use in Toggl is the view in the Weekly reports where I can see how many hours were spent each day on each project. I use this to fill out my timesheets. I could not find that at all in the new Beta reports.
Now I’m back to the “old” reports and there it is. Whew! I request that this functionality be retained along with the new Reports features you are working on.
