Your Question/Topic: The following settings are not working:
- Set new projects as "billable” by default
- Set new projects as ”public” by default
Even though I have checked those settings, new projects are still not billable and private. Any tips? Also the chat with support -button is still not working as discussed previously in another topic…

First, make sure you’re adjusting these settings in the right place. You can access your workspace settings by clicking the Settings button in the left sidebar, or by going directly to Toggl Track. The default billable and public settings should be available there.
If you’ve confirmed the settings are checked but new projects still aren’t being created as billable or public, try these steps:
- Log out completely and log back in to refresh your session
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try creating a new project to see if the settings apply to it
