takes two attempts to start timer, then another two attempts to end it. i often have to reload the page and by then the timeslot has been deleted, leaving me to guess how long i spent doing something. this has getting progressively worse.
I haven’t tried it, but is there anyway to get around that? this didn’t happen when I was on paid plan, the free plan seems to very glitchy. thanks for you time!
Thanks for the response! I’d recommend trying it once or twice in Private Mode, just so we can isolate whether or not this is a browser issue or something greater.
I have the same issue, running in Edge on Windows 11. Toggl has been fine as long as I’ve used it (several years) until a couple of weeks ago. Now it’s failing to cancel timers and failing to save tracked time.
Following the above Support recommendation I’ve tried running in an InPrivate window, and that does seem to be working properly. What does that mean? Do I need to continue to run this way, or does this help isolate the problem and identify a proper solution?
Is it just that you came from a different window and therefore need to click onto the toggl window before you can start/end the session? this also happens to me
