Toggl account bug(?)

I might have my account bugged:

Someone has experienced Toggl deleting the task description and project added to the last one registered? Each time I start a task, the last one added disappears (only title description and project) from the list.
I realized some of my works registered are missing working from app and working from browser tab and I think it started happening since I updated my macos to Sequoia 15.1.1 but I’m not sure because the problem persists in browser tab :confused:

I’m also using Toggl app Version 10.5.0

I tried to reinstall toggl app but nothing happened. Any ideas?

Hi Eric!

Let’s have you attempt to stop a time entry in the app, then open the webapp to check and see if the stopped entry retains your description and project. Once you see in the webapp that the information has “stuck”, go ahead and start a new time entry in the desktop app and let me know if the deletion persists!

Hi Jake! Its still happening. But now it is more random, it does not happen all the time :confused: today it only happened me once

Thanks for the response, Eric! When you use my suggested workflow does it still randomly happen? Or it’s just happening randomly in general?
