I have recently installed Toggl 2 while still using the Toggl Track. However all my rules disappeared :-/ is there a way to retrieve them?
Unfortunately, I don’t have specific information about autotracking rules being migrated or recoverable after installing Toggl 2 alongside Toggl Track. This is not currently something I can confirm a workaround for.
What I can say is that if your rules are gone, you would likely need to recreate them manually in whichever app you plan to use going forward. If you were using autotracking rules in the original Toggl Track desktop app, those rules may be stored locally and specific to that app version, which could explain why they do not carry over when switching to a new version.

I did not ask about autotracking rules… my rules were on Toggl Track Windows app, and several times they were deleted without any warning by an update. But now it seems they were deleted after I installed Toggl 2 with Toggl Track running in the background.
I recreated some in Toggl 2, but they do not seem to work.
