Toggl Track Trial

I’m a bit stuck after creating a Toggl Track Premium trial. The team had already tried this and wanted this created fresh at the admin level with SSO, which I did.
Seems I was pushed to the 2.0 dashboard, which isn’t what the team had asked for.
Anyhow, deleted the account and tried to recreate using the standard Toggl Premium trial and its a mess. I can’t create a new org.

Looks like I’m locked out of doing anything. Is it possible to remove all traces for the org/domain and start this off from scratch. Not sure if it messed up because other members of the team tested this previously.
We’re looking to move away from another time tracking product but want everything in place before onboarding the rest of the staff.
