Is one of your accounts much older than the other?
I’ve seen other discrepancies between my free plan and ones my colleagues signed up for much later. I think it’s because Toggl have a policy of leaving old plans on the old limits when they change (e.g. Could you please consider making the report view unlimited again for Free plan users? - #5 by Support).
