Two start timer links in GitHub Projects

In the popup issue screen within GitHub Projects, there are two Start timer links. Please see screen capture.

Heya Mike! Do both of them start timers?

They both start timers but the top link identifies the project whereas the bottom link doesn’t - please see below.

By the way, this is on Windows 11 and Edge Version 134.0.3124.85 (Official build) (64-bit)
