When trying to log into the website, it suddenly said my password was wrong, even though it was correct (stored in Chrome). I then reset my password via an email. When I logged in, my entire account was reset to scratch. Years of data are gone. How do I restore my data?
Hello! I’m seeing that you should have access to your data; can you head to the Reports tab, run a report for “This Year” and let me know if you see anything there?
Logged out and in again and it’s all back. Not sure what happened. Thanks for your response.
