Unable to log in, password reset email not received

Post Title: Is Password Reset Broken?

Your Question/Topic: I’ve just been logged out of my Toggle because I deleted my cache. I tried to log in again using my saved password (I have a password manager). However, it tells me that I have the incorrect username and password combination. I’m not sure how this is possible, but I requested to reset my password. I do not receive any emails to do so (I’ve also checked Spam). As a result, I cannot log in, or get in to into the account. It’s now temporarily blocked me because I tried to make too many sign in attempts.

What should I do? Please help!
