I like the idea of Toggl and have been using 2.0 on my desktop for some time, but here is absolutely the most annoying feature of the software:
I use this at work and sometimes I can’t always log my time as I start a new task (phone call, client drops in, etc.) This should be easily fixed as I can just look at the clock when I’m done with the task and update how long I spent on the task. However, if I try to log the time, when I choose a start and stop time, it almost always defaults to adding +1 on the date or assumes that the task took 12+ hours. Selecting the date from the drop down is of no use.
For example, at the end of my day yesterday, I had a meeting from 4pm - 5pm and then left. I want to add this time to yesterday’s log. I update the date to yesterday, I adjust the start time to 4pm, and before I can change the stop time, it adds +1 on the date. Once this happens, there is no way to delete the +1. It automatically moves forward to the next date. Now I can’t fix my time log and it shows this hole in my schedule.
