Bring back imports for non-users

Toggl used to allow imports for non-members. This was critical for allowing us to report time to clients in situations where we needed to temporarily recruit help for short-term, individual jobs. It doesn’t make sense for us to have to have seats for people that work with us for a week or two, but now the only option is to either do that or mess up one of our employee’s time logs. This is a ridiculous option and smells like a poor attempt at a cash grab.

Since this feature is no longer available, I’ve started a trial of Quidlo Timesheets, which has far better pricing and is currently building in this functionality, and will likely cancel Toggl and migrate. Removing features for your longstanding clients who use them has consequences you should be aware of.

Thanks for sharing this feedback - I understand the frustration, especially when a feature you relied on for managing short-term contractors is no longer available.

We do offer monthly subscriptions that adjust seat counts on a monthly basis for teams with fluctuating users.

Yes, but then the pricing is even worse.

I liked Toggl, but this is just unworkable for us.
