Toggl Plan has levelled up into Toggl 2.0 — visual planning meets powerful time tracking. Everything you loved about Toggl Plan, now easier, more insightful and grounded in reality.

  • Go to focus.toggl.com.
  • Log in with your Toggl Plan credentials.
  • If you hit an access issue: log out of Toggl Plan, log back in, then return to Toggl 2.0.

  • Follow the import guide.
  • Note this isn’t an ongoing sync between Toggl 2.0 and Toggl Plan. During testing, your Toggl Plan account will continue working as usual for you.

  • Workspace members are not synced automatically between Toggl Plan and Toggl 2.0. Invite teammates from Members and assign a role. Here’s how.
  • Set up access rights. Under Settings → Access is where you can define whether members can manage clients, tags and board statuses

  • Group by people, projects and tags.

Active tracking

  • Start/stop a timer on any task.
  • Start a timer that counts up or down, or use the Pomodoro technique.
  • Enter Toggl 2.0 mode.

Automated tracking

  • Turn Auto-track on in Settings.
  • Mark a scheduled block Done → logs time automatically.
  • Mark whole day Done → logs planned time.
