I would like to download a report that shows my actual time spent vs the budgeted time?

You can see your total hours vs. the estimated hours for a project by:

Going to the Reports section >
Summary report >
Scroll down to the second chart >
Select breakdown by Project and Member >
Click the " + " symbol on the right side and select “Duration” (Actual hours tracked) and “Estimate” (Estimated hours for the project). >
Export the report :blush:

This is available on the Starter plan.

The alternative to see your hours and estimates in a graph (and if you have the Premium plan) is to go to :

Projects >
Select project >
Dashboard >
Here you can see your current hours vs estimated for that project.
