Bulk Archive & Delete: How It Works

Overview

The bulk archive and delete feature gives you a cleaner, more organized workspace — without losing access to your historical data. This article explains how archiving and deleting works for projects and tasks.

Archiving Projects & Tasks

You can bulk select and archive or delete:

  • Projects
  • Tasks — either from within a project view or from the task list

When you archive a project, all tasks under that project are automatically archived too.

Archived Tasks on the Timeline

Archived tasks are retained on the timeline so you can still reference historical data. If you want to remove them from the timeline entirely, you’ll need to manually delete them.
