Cannot login to Desktop App

Post Title: Cannot login to Desktop App

Your Question/Topic: When I try to login to the desktop app in Windows 11, I keep getting an error message that says “Sorry, we’re having trouble logging you in. Please try again.” I have tried logging in with email and with Google about 100 times over the last month. Any solutions? Is this a known problem?

The browser that it tries the authentication with is Edge.

Could you confirm you have the latest version of the Windows desktop app 10.17.0 installed?

I have Windows 11 Education version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.6491).

Yes. I can login to the browser without issue.
