My laptop is windows 10 and today i can’t enter the desktop app, click all the buttons and get no response, the same goes for reinstalling
Did you figure out how to fix it? I’m having this problem right now.
Hey Bethany! Could you confirm the OS you are on and the app version? Also, have you tried a reinstall of the app once? Do note, doing so will delete all unsynced data, so only do this if you are sure all your data is synced.
