Can't activate starter plan as it charges 0$

I’m on a free plan, and tries to subscribe to a Starter plan.
But : when I’m charged, my bank ask me to accept a paiment of 0$ instead of the normal price, that is shown on the subscription page.
So naturally, the next day I’m dropped from the starter plan.
I already mailed support, got no answers.
My card is valid, I use it every day, it’s the first time I encounter this kind of bug.

I am getting a similar issue, after 5 tries my payment goes through with a 0$ charge, but the Starter plan is then dropped and the workspace frozen due to a Payment failure.

How do we successfully activate the plan ?
