Can't Create Subscription

I am not able to upgrade to the Starter Plan. I have tried two different payment methods, ensured that all billing information is correct, cards have no issues, etc. Have tried multiple times with each. Seeing two behaviors:

  • Stopped at checkout page: I receive the error Failed to create subscription

  • Goes to processing page, but fails with error Something went wrong
