Can't register new account

Hello,

My company has been using Clockify for years but due to the changes they started to make we no longer wish to be their customer.
I looked around the alternatives and thought we would try Toggl. Unfortunately that idea goes out of the window before we could even test it. We are unable to register as the system returns an error - “This request appears suspicious. Please try again later. In case of doubts or questions, please visit https://community.toggl.com/.”

What exactly is suspicious? Not a clue. We have our own domain with own email addresses, we don’t use Gmail, Apple, Microsoft etc. Never had any problems with it. Also there is no clear and easy way to contact you. I don’t want to register to be a part of a “community”, we need a no-fluff bells-and-whistles time tracking system. If you are failing at the very basics - registering an account and contact then I don’t want to know what comes later.

Feel free to delete this account after you read this topic as it is not going to be used for anything.
And no, we are no longer interested in Toggl, we are going to evaluate the next service we have on the list.
