Could you please consider making the report view unlimited again for Free plan users?

Same here. I am using Toggle since roughly 2.5 Years now. No suddenly there is the limited report feature. I really need this feature.

Also commenting here to get my quota reset while waiting for a fix. Glad to hear one is coming!

Hi there!

I’ve been using Toggl since 2024 and I also have the limited views on the reports page. It’s frustating as I have to check at least once a day on the reports and if I have multiple tabs open it wipes out multiple credits. I didn’t even know there was a limit until yesterday and it flagged saying ‘You’ve used over half of your viewing limit’.

Please could you remove this for me also?

Can I get this fix as well? I am not a new user and I have report view limits and I maxed them out due to an error where the reports were not downloading and every refresh/attempt counted as a view.

The fix has been applied! :tada:

If the report view limit was incorrectly applied to your account, please give the page a refresh and you should see it disappear. If you’re still seeing the limit after refreshing, please reply here and we’ll look into it for you.

Thank you all for your patience while we got this sorted!

Thanks to Toggl team for hearing our feedback :folded_hands:t2:

I am still having the issue @Support - report view limit is still there and report views maxed out.

@support

I have been using Toggl Track for about a year for my small consulting business, and have been touting how great the app is to friends. But, I just came upon the restricted view report time last night, and it is a major issue.

I only have a few clients, and I’m still figuring out how I want to format the reports for my different workspaces, which I use to track my time, and for invoicing. Just looking at my different workspaces to compare what columns I want and how to organize them, I used up tokens - which I wasn’t even aware of, and now I’m blocked. Sometimes I’m simply clicking around to understand how the app works!

Could you please reset my quota for views, and consider make the report view unlimited again for free plan users? Thank you for your help.

@haileyh @user33 just confirming: have you attempted to refresh your browser to see if that helps?

Hi,

Yes, I’ve tried that. It doesn’t help.

Hey I also use Toggle Track for over a year and have the limit, what should I do?

Hi @support,

Yesterday the limit disappeared from the UI, but today it’s there again.

Edit.
Oh, but it’s always “views: 1/30”

Created a community account just for this. I totally get gating extra functionality under a paid plan. But gating basic, required functionality under a paid plan is ridiculous. Especially something that has been included for years.

Even if this is truly a bug and existing users shouldn’t be affected (but they currently are), trust is broken and I feel like I could get rugpulled at any time. I have years of data under my account. I’ll have to figure out how to get that out safely now, another thing to manage on top of my existing business. I shouldn’t have to wrestle with my time tracking software. It should just work.

Hard disagree. They’re offering something for free, they owe us nothing. They made a big customer relations mistake by (accidentally) removing features without warning, but if they’d said, “in two months we’re changing the free version by limiting reports to 100 well-metered runs per month…”, there would have been no complaint from me. They’re a business that wants to make money, and if they want to nudge people into paying them money, they can draw that line.

For sure, they’re free to do whatever they want, including saying they don’t offer a free plan anymore if they want to. Doesn’t mean it’s a good idea for trust!

@Support - Yes I have refreshed the page and restrarted the browser and still has not helped

@Support - Is there an update? I have closed my browser, refreshed the page, logged out and back in…still shows I’m maxed out on report views.

Feels like I am late to the party … just found the “report viewing limitation” on my account today.
What does “new user” mean? Is there a specific date?
I subscribed in 2016, so I guess I am beyond new?

How exactly does this “reset” for old users work? Any instructions on how we should proceed? Thanks

Hey there :waving_hand:

I’ve sent you a DM

Hey Arrenttal :waving_hand:

Please can you confirm if the counter is actually incrementing when you view the reports?

To bring clarity to this, Organizations on the free plan (not user accounts) created after the 12th of January 2026 will have the report limit applied to them.

Let us know if you have other questions
