I’m experiencing an issue with the integration between Toggl Track and Toggl Plan.
When I create a project in Toggl Plan, it syncs correctly to Toggl Track.
However, when I create a project in Toggl Track, it does not appear in Toggl Plan, even though I have the integration fully enabled.
Here are my current integration settings in Toggl Plan:
Sync private projects: Enabled (projects should appear as public in Plan)
Sync tasks: Enabled
Import all active data: Enabled
Correct workspace selected
I’ve verified that the projects in Toggl Track are:
Active
In the correct workspace
Not archived
Could you please help me understand why new projects created in Toggl Track are not syncing to Toggl Plan? Does this work for you?
Hi @vonweb: Welcome to our community! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our team is aware of the issue and is working on resolving it. If you’re not affected by the issue I’m referring to, you can try disabling and re-enabling the integration. This might resolve the Track > Plan sync issue you’re experiencing. If that doesn’t help, we’ll keep you posted on the fix we’re working on.
Unfortunately, disabling and re-enabling the integration didn’t help.
Would be great if you could fix the issue on your end – looking forward to the update.

Hi! Thank You for answer. The integration took a night in my case, I checked while ago and now all clients and projects are in plan also. Best regards!
