Is anyone else receiving this error message when you try and stop a timer? I can’t get any of my timers to record their tags today and it’s been working fine until this morning.
Yep, just started happening for me too (on the web app). Have logged out and back in, refreshed the page - no go. Only way I’ve been able to enter time now is using Manual Mode.
Unfortunately, entered times still fail to sync if I edit the entry after it’s been entered.
I’m seeing the same issue. I’ve been able to stop timers if I add a tag to them first, but obviously that’s fiddly to have to do every time.
Stopping timers from the browser extension does seem to work though.
Yes - only manual entry possible at the moment. Very irritating!
Yes, mine has just started doing this too. The only way I could stop the timer, was to delete it, even when I added the tag first and when I put in a manual entry, it won’t let me add a tag. Everytime, it just pops up with this error.
This might help someone: By signing in using an in private browsing session, I am able to switch tasks (end one, start another) precisely once before the error returns. Not ideal, and I hope the underlying issue is fixed soon.
It’s happening to some users (mine works, but my collegues doesn’t) in Japan region as well.
Hope this reach to engineers and fix it asap
-p.s.
