I use an Android phone to track my time and have a strange problem. I get the notification “You have entities that failed to sync. 2 tags”. But I can’t find them in the app, when I click the notification I just end up in the app. Extremly annoying. I have tried to look at the web interface but can’t find anything. How do I find these tags an change them to real ones?
@Olof_Brandt, perhaps clearing local data from the app might help. There’s a simple way to do this, but to be on the safe side, please first make sure all your time entries are synced by:
- Comparing the data in the main app view on your Android phone with the timer page in the web app (using a desktop browser).
- Making sure there are no other error icons in the Track Android app, such as
or
next to your time entries, indicating syncing issues
If everything looks good, please simply log out and log back into the app. Logging out clears local data and should resolve this issue for you.
