Exact description match in Reports

In the Reports section, how can I search for an EXACT description instead of for all tasks that contain the phrase? I want to search for entries with the exact description “Tutoring” but leave out ones like “Tutoring planning.” I tried quotation marks, but that didn’t work (“We couldn’t find any time entries”).
