We have several Projects that we use as ongoing internal team time (HR, BD, etc.). Those projects each have Tasks, and it would be helpful if we could write Task definitions (e.g. what does BD: Prospecting mean vs BD: Negotiation mean). Currently we have a Google Doc, but it’s hard to make sure changes are synchronized.
