I have many tasks that relate to specific activities with specific clients. Is there a simple way to have, on one screen, all my open tasks, with due date, description etc., as well as “associated client/project”? Right now, I don’t have a place to track my tasks on a per client project basis, so they’re kind of all over the place, and I cannot see how I can use Toggl Track to “Unify” the view. Any help, guidance or suggestions would be welcome! I’d prefer not to buy any other tools as I’m sure Toggl can help me - but I just haven’t yet discovered how!

While that might not be easily doable in Toggl Track, we’re currently working on Toggl Focus: you can read a bit more about it here!
Does that look like something that would work for your use case? If yes, since Focus is still in the beta phase, I can grant you access to try it out, just let me know!

Hi Marie - thanks. I hit the link but it doesn’t seem to be integrated with my Toggl track account where I keep all my billable client projects. Is this a separate product? If it’s not connected then sadly I won’t be able to use it very well. For example, I’d like to create tasks that map to a client project, and more specifically multi-step tasks that might each take say 30 minutes or 1 hour - and all of which taken together might account for 2 hours, which I can then map to a client project. Today, I manually do it by “brute force” whereby I keep track of the task manually then add in a block of time say 2 hours on the Toggl Track and then map it to the client project and associated tags. The reality is that I worked on that same task like 10 different times for maybe like 15-30 minutes at a time - and I have no easy way of keeping track of that.
Is this something that could help with the above?
