Issue with upgrade subscription

Please can someone advise me with my subscription error

I am trying to upgrade to premium as my free trial has come to an end. On the subscription page it says that I am on the FREE plan but when I go to pay, it says that I already have premium but I am not seeing any of the features and my reports are blank.

Please can someone help?
