Still issue with upgrading my plan

Post Title: System is still saying that I already have a subscription but Plan

Please can you someone kindly support me with this as I have tried multiple times to upgrade as I keep getting this message. I have tried numerous cards and whilst it says on the Subscription Page I am on a free plan, I get this msg. I also the only person in my organisation.

I have had this issue now for 6 days so would appreciate it if someone can help me resolve this so I can raise my invoices.
