When I am dragging an item or resizing it it seems to snap to 10 minute intervals. I would like to change that to 15 minutes.

Thanks for asking! 
When you’re in the Calendar view, use the plus and minus icons in the upper-left side of the calendar to zoom in and out. This will also affect the default duration when manually entering time.
