I am trying to bulk assign a user as a project manager for multiple projects but can’t find a way to do this. I tried selecting the checkboxes for the projects and clicking edit, but the menu doesn’t have any option I can see for bulk changing the role.

I can add/replace users in the project, but it seems they are just added as regular members to a project.

The Toggl Track knowledge base describes bulk changing project role as possible, but the resource appears out of date and doesn’t accurately represent what the modal looks like now.

Any help here? Thank you!

Heya Grant! At this time it isn’t possible to bulk-assign a specific role for a user on specific projects, but it’s a great idea I can share with the team!
