iOS app login timeout frequency is infuriating

Is there any way the iOS app timeout can be updated or effectively increased to not be a problem.

i find it so frustrating that it feels like multiple times a week i open the app and am forced to login. A webpage on my Mac is happily logged in a lot longer it seems but as a user experience it’s very frustrating when you got to log time quickly and have to login. I just had it happen 25 mins after last using it so I had to login to stop a timer I’d just started.

this is your app, it’s surly a first party customer of your service, most other apps on iOS are single login indefinitely. Appreciate some timeouts may have value but please increase this to monthly or longer instead of every 3-4 days as it feels like at the moment!!

Heya! This… is not normal :thinking: My iOS version of the app, for instance, has kept me logged in for many days now. Can you share what app version you’re on?

I have the exact same issue, and it’s quite annoying as well. Multiple times a week, I have to re-login.

I’m on Toggl Track app version number 6.13.0

Sorry i missed your earlier message, i too am on 6.13.0 too. But this has been an issue ever since installing the app for a long time now.

We’re rolling out an improvement in version 6.14.0. in the following days. Please confirm if the app is no longer logging you out as often after the update reaches you :folded_hands:

I’ve been testing if for the last week and the app hasn’t logged me out since. Thank you for fixing this! :slight_smile:
